This picture is so reflective of the boy Mr B is. He’s 10 now. With the attitude of a teenager. Boy am I in trouble. Every once in awhile he will stop and let me take his photo still. Although, I think he was sitting on this train and I took his picture anyway. So calm and quiet. The boy I love with all his craziness.
Oh, yes. 10 is the beginning. My son is 12.5 and can’t wait to get the “teen” on the end of his age. I never know who is going to show up: The sweet boy or the surly teen. He doesn’t either, I think! Lovely photograph and I very much understand your heart connection. Thank you for sharing in the Photo-Heart Connection this month!

Thank you so much Kat and especially for having the link up party. It makes me go back through and find my connection each month. 🙂

Unless my boy is in a football uniform (he is now 16) he looks away when I have my camera….my daughter now at college, will sometimes not mind!

Such a gift – to hold this moment for always. These chameleon years…so very interesting. I have so many images of my boy that I hold in my heart (he was not a fan of the camera!) as he changed. Beautiful shot.

wonderful capture, such a loving shot…. the way his hair curls out of the hole in the hat is really touching, and the shadow of his long eyelashes on his face makes him look so fragile, yet at the same time he is strongly present in his own world…. beautiful!

I love the JAWS hat, too. So indicative of the age and being on the brink of tweendom. Take you photos while you can. This time is fleeting!–Michele at Sweet Leaf Notebook
