Whites of Autumn

The amazing thing about the sky around here in the fall is that there are usually white clouds, if any. Even though I was after the horse here, I was lucky enough to get the lovely clouds as well. So much dimension and fluffiness.

I looked up and could see this jet stream going through the sky and see how fast the clouds were moving. By the time I got the shot, the jet stream was already leaving the clouds. And just a little tree popped in.

This is my absolute favorite white shot. My favorite shot of the week as well, I didn’t mean to get so much green in the background of this picture but I love the way it came out. How the bokeh adds a little more white to the shot as well, And the bokeh was completely unplanned, I was just after a close-up of the weed. I also love how when you glance at the photo, at first the stem looks like a rainbow until you focus in on it.

  1. Beautiful captures. I can see why that last one is a fav. I’m diggin the first one too. Clouds seem to be a common theme this week. Thanks so much for joining the Shades of Autumn Photo Challenge. Make sure to stop by next week with a fav photo for a chance to win some fab prizes.
