There is a harmony
In autumn, and a lustre in its sky,
Which through the summer is not heard or seen,
As if it could not be, as if it had not been!
– Percy Bysshe ShelleyDown along by the river there is an area they call an Open Air Space. There is a giant duck pond, complete with these lookout spots. Lots of trees and grasses. Some swings, ditches, bridges and even some buildings. I love to go there this autumnal time of year and take lots of pictures. It never gets old. Blue skies and mountains in the background. Yellow trees. Brown is never hard to find in these here parts of New Mexico but it doesn’t always look as good as it does in the fall.
Brown buildings are in abundance. Being as stucco (or adobe) is a staple out here.
I was trying out Kristi’s leading lines. Maybe the tree is too yellow but the telephone pole is brown.
I would SO love to take a walk there!! How beautiful!!
